Take a moment to get comfortable before you head out. A good fit starts with your phone, your case, and your arm.
Seat your phone.
Place your phone in the open silicone holder and check that each corner is held securely. Use a slim or clear case within the stated phone size range.
Find a comfortable fit.
Position the band on your upper arm and adjust the strap so it feels snug without pinching. Check that the detachable mount is locked in place.
Try a few easy steps.
Move your arm naturally, then walk or jog briefly to check the fit. Adjust before picking up the pace. Pause in a safe place when using or detaching your phone.
A small fit tip: If the band slips, pause and reposition it. Tightening it until it feels uncomfortable is not the answer.

Will it work with my phone case?
Slim and clear cases are compatible with the holder’s 5.0–6.9-inch phone range. Thick or rugged cases and MagSafe wallet cases are not compatible. Check both your phone size and your case before ordering.
How do I measure my arm?
Use a flexible measuring tape around the part of your upper arm where you plan to wear the band, above the elbow. Check against the 10–16-inch (25–41 cm) range. Without a tape, wrap a piece of string around your arm, mark the length, then measure it with a ruler.
Does it cover the touchscreen?
No pouch or plastic window sits over the screen. The silicone holder grips the phone at its corners, leaving the screen exposed. Pause somewhere safe before checking a message, changing a track or adjusting your route.
Can I detach my phone?
Yes. The holder has a detachable mount, so your phone can come off while the armband stays on your arm. The mount also has a 90° twist lock and full 360° rotation.
Can I wear it in the rain?
The armband is sweat resistant, not waterproof. Its open design does not protect your phone from rain or other water exposure.
Will my phone move while I run?
Some movement is normal. Keeping the phone snug against a stable point on your upper arm helps minimize bounce, but the open design does not eliminate movement.
Where do direct orders ship from?
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 per order, fulfilled from Santa Fe Springs, California. Processing and delivery estimates will be published before direct checkout opens.
What is the return policy?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; eligible returns have no restocking fee. We cover necessary return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
