Information we handle

  • Website visits. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic web-request information such as an IP address, requested page, request time, and browser or device information to deliver and protect the website. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. It receives usage and performance information such as the page URL, browser details, and page-load timings. Our pages also request fonts from Google Fonts; Google receives your IP address when serving those fonts.
  • Your messages. When you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message, and any order details or attachments you send. Please do not email full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Direct orders, once available. We will receive the name, email address, shipping address, billing details where provided, items ordered, amounts paid, order identifiers, and payment, refund, and delivery status needed to handle your purchase. If checkout requests a phone number for delivery, that number will be used for the order.
  • Payment information. You will enter payment details on Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes those details; this storefront does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We may receive limited payment information, such as card brand and last four digits, along with the transaction record.

How we use it

We use information to deliver and maintain the website, answer your questions, and, once direct orders open, process payments, arrange shipping, provide order updates, handle cancellations and returns, and resolve payment issues. We also use relevant records for accounting, legal obligations, and preventing or investigating misuse and fraud.

This store has no customer account login or newsletter sign-up. An order or support inquiry does not automatically sign you up for marketing email.

Providers and information sharing

  • Stripe. When checkout opens, Stripe will process checkout, payment, and refund information. It also processes device and transaction information for authentication, fraud prevention, and operating and improving its services. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Fulfillment and delivery. Our fulfillment partner, withON9 in California, and the delivery carrier will receive the contact, address, and order details needed to prepare, ship, and resolve delivery issues for your order.
  • Cloudflare and Google Fonts. These providers receive the request information needed to host, protect, and display the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google Fonts’ privacy explanation.
  • Business support. Our email providers process customer correspondence. Relevant records may also be shared with accounting or professional advisers, or with authorities when required by law.

Our team may access order and support information from South Korea. Information may also be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Cookies and browser choices

This storefront does not run advertising pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare describes as not using cookies or browser storage to collect usage metrics. Other Cloudflare security features may use cookies. Stripe-hosted checkout may use cookies and similar technologies for payment functionality, fraud prevention, and its services, as described in Stripe’s notice.

You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking them may affect provider features or checkout. The storefront does not have a separate response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Protecting information

This website uses HTTPS to encrypt information sent between your browser and the site. Once direct checkout opens, Stripe will handle card entry on its hosted payment page. Please keep your order references secure and do not send payment card details through email. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Keeping information

We keep information as needed for the purposes described here, including completing an order, answering support requests, meeting accounting and legal obligations, and resolving disputes. The period depends on the type of information and why it is held. Our providers also maintain information under their own policies and applicable obligations.

Questions and privacy requests

You can email hello@lulurun.run to ask about information we hold or request access, correction, or deletion. The rights available to you depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain some records to complete a transaction or meet legal obligations. We will explain any limitation that applies to your request.

The store is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page and its date when these practices change. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Questions are always welcome at hello@lulurun.run.
