Direct checkout is not open yet. These terms describe direct purchases once checkout opens. You can browse the armband and shop through the separate Amazon link in the meantime.
These terms apply to U.S. direct purchases from MYKOMO LLC, the seller for the LULURUN store at lulurun.run/shop/. LULURUN is a Korean running lifestyle brand with operations in South Korea. For help with an order or these terms, email hello@lulurun.run.
Product and pricing
The current listed price for one LULURUN Phone Holder for Running is $16.99 USD. Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or recurring charge. The product price excludes shipping and applicable sales tax; these charges and the total will be displayed before you submit payment.
Review the product description, phone and case compatibility, and arm-size measurements before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the item; screen settings can affect how colors appear.
We may update prices and availability for future orders. We will not add a higher price or substitute a different product on an existing order without your agreement. If an error or stock issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you and cancel and refund it if it cannot be resolved.
Placing and paying for an order
Once available, direct checkout will take place on a Stripe-hosted payment page. MYKOMO LLC remains the seller. Review the item, quantity, shipping address, charges, and total before paying. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate contact and delivery details.
A payment confirmation is not a shipping confirmation. Keep your order or payment reference so we can help you with questions. Do not send card numbers or card security codes by email. Information used for orders is described in our Privacy Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Direct orders will be fulfilled by withON9 from Santa Fe Springs, California. Available destinations, shipping charges, and processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
Changes and cancellations
Email hello@lulurun.run as soon as possible with your order reference if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to stop it before fulfillment begins. If fulfillment has already started, we may be unable to change the address or stop the shipment; the Returns & Refunds Policy explains the next steps.
When we confirm cancellation of an entire unshipped order, we will refund the amount paid for that order to the original payment method. This practical cutoff does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights relating to a shipping delay.
Returns, refunds, and order problems
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the return window, eligibility, how to request a return, and refund timing. Contact us if your item arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect, or has not arrived. Include your order reference and a brief description so we can help.
Do not send a return to a warehouse without first obtaining return instructions from us. The published return policy does not take away rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
Using the armband
Check that your phone and the mount are secure before each run, use the stated fit ranges, and follow any included instructions. The open armband is sweat resistant, not waterproof, and does not protect your phone from rain or water exposure. Some movement during use is normal. If the band causes discomfort, stop and adjust it.
Amazon and other services
Amazon purchases are separate from this direct store. Use the order support and return options provided with your Amazon purchase; these direct-sale terms do not replace Amazon’s terms. Linked social platforms and separate LULURUN apps or subdomains may have their own terms.
Your rights and updates to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If an order issue arises, contact hello@lulurun.run so we can work on a resolution.
We may update these terms for future purchases and will update the date on this page. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
